ABOUT DARIN

Darin Zimmerman is a licensed acupuncturist and the owner of Find Your Chi Acupuncture. His philosophy is rooted in combining compassion with clinical skill to make for the most effective healing process. By providing individualized and integrative care and applying his expert knowledge of ancient Eastern Medicine, he is able to help patients overcome chronic issues where other methods have failed, and address deeper emotional and energetic blockages that impede overall wellness and internal harmony. 

Darin has been treating patients clinically for 12 years. He was on staff at Arizona Natural Medicine in Chandler for six years, and launched his own practice with Find Your Chi in 2014 so that he could offer the personalized, spa-like care for which he has become known. He supports and encourages the integration of Eastern and Western medicine for treatment and preventative health.

Over the last several years, Darin has had the pleasure of working with 3rd generation Chinese doctors who have shared their rich cultural and medicinal knowledge with him.

Darin received his Masters in Acupuncture from The Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. He is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed by the State of Arizona Board of Examiners.

Prior to attaining his Masters degree in Acupuncture, Darin graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with his Bachelors of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. This early education in psychology has shaped his philosophy on the importance of the practitioner and patient relationship.

Our Scottsdale acupuncture studio offers a serene environment in which to enjoy a restful escape from the world. Soft natural light flows through the modern, zen building, which feels at once connected with nature and discreetly tucked away. The private treatment rooms are soothing spaces with relaxing soundscapes, gentle lighting, and a calming minimalist design. 

With only three treatment rooms and patients scheduled by appointment only, Cypress is always quiet and peaceful - no crowded waiting room or distracting noise.
